Go to a lot of ski resorts and stuff and just get people to recognize you. Go to snowboard competitions and if you are good enought usually the sponser will offer you the sponsorship. I went to a snowboard comp called the Go Nuts Squirrel Jam in Northern Idaho and go second place in the Under-16 class. A guy from Wired Energy Drink just sponsered me right after the comp. Get to know other riders. Word of mouth helps. Enter some of your local contest. Start winning contest and people will notice. Go to summer snowboard camp.
