When do the new snowboards come out?

Anybody know when the different snowboard companies release what their boards are going to look like/price, and when they are available for sale?
if its a brand specific, any information on when ride snowboards/rome snowboards release it, that would be great

    There are usually rumors of new models around now, and companies usually release new designs end of summer to fall. If you have an idea of a board you want, go check out the current model and that’s what it’ll usually sell for. If it’s a new model, people usually make estimates based on the tech or any releases by the company.

    Usually you are looking for August for the release of most Snowboard companies. Some do arrive earlier but you can expect most shops to start tagging their 09 inventory around that time. And to take it one step further if you’re looking to find it online, most dealer agreements state that you must wait till Aug 1st to place your inventory online. If you’re lucky enough to know someone in the industry you can always try and find out when the next Demo is and try out next years equipment.

    I don;t know about all manufacturers, but Santa Cruz sent out the 09 catalogs at the end of January. Orders must be placed by Mar, 15 in order to get Sept. 9 shipping. I got a copy of the 08 Burton catalog at the end of last summer, so it would have to have been issued before that.
