no opinion on the board, but Salomon boots range in quality. I had a pair of Defcon’s (one of Salomon’s entry level boots, bought it because of the price) for a while and they were straight garbage. I now have a pair of Salomon F-20’s and they are fantastic. very nice. Also had some 32’s for a while that were awesome.
rule of thumb, don’t cut any corners on your boots. Buy the nice ones. Spend money on em, your feet will thank you
i wouldn’t get a 5150 board. i have some bindings and they are pretty cheap. i wouldn’t want you to get a terrible board so i would stick with a burton or a K2.

I agree with Mr Mack. Salomon makes a great boot IMO. You may want to read up on some Salomon Reviews here
