How do you replace the lense in your snowboard goggles?

I need to know how to replace the lense on my snowboard goggles, they came with a second pair, but i can’t figure out how to get the old one out and the new one in.. They’re Spy Optic goggles.

    The goggles I have used had the flexible plastic/rubber around the lens. Just bend and twist a bit and the edge of the lens will show. Put a fingernail under and work around to pull it out of the groove.
    Put the new one in the same way – fit into the groove and work your way around. The last little bit you flex the plastic back and push the lens into the groove.
    BUT, look closely at yours, see if it will work – I think they are all the same.
