usually, the specialty snowboard shops have those. like the ones that only the ones that sell snowboard/skii stuff. sometimes, sportcheck or other sports stores have them, but usually they don't sell them separately, only the full binding. they usually cost around 5-10 dollars

This happened to me also. I had burton bindings on a morrow board. The same piece broke when i was snowboarding and i went to the rental/tune-up place right on the mountain to get it fixed. However, burton makes their bindings very differently so they could not fix it. If you live by a Burton store, like in Burlington Vermont, you can get it fixed there. Otherwise you could go to their website burton.com and find replacement. Or you could even buy new bindings.

If the bindings are burton, try emailing the company. They must have spare ones. Even better. Check the warranty on the bindings and contact burton. They may hook you up with a strap for free.

Just bring in the broken piece to a snowboard shop and they usually have extra replacement parts. If it's the piece with the teeth things on it, it'll cost about $5. Or you can buy a whole new strap set for about $15 at a snowboard shop.
